County Group launches new residential project in Ghaziabad; Invest Rs. 1800 Cr in Jade County

County Group, the NCR-based real estate developer launches a new luxury residential project in Ghaziabad. The project, named Jade County, is estimated to incur an investment of Rs. 1800 crore and will have a phase-wise possession rollout.

Ghaziabad real estate has been witnessing a boom and the County Group is rolling out the finest housing project here. The project, featuring 1,000 residential units, will be smartly designed over 13.33 acres in Wave City, Ghaziabad. For the development of the new residential project in Wave City, the County Group bought a giant land parcel from Wave Group for Rs. 400 Crore.

Jade County, the new residential project in Ghaziabad by the County Group is thoughtfully planned in Wave City, along NH 24. The project emphasizes sustainability and will be a pre-certified Gold project under the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).
