Puravankara Group believes entry into the Delhi-NCR region is a strategic move after experiencing success in South India. Also, the company is a trusted name in real estate in Western India.
“Our entry into Delhi-NCR marks an important new chapter in Puravankara’s growth journey. NCR is one of India’s largest and most dynamic real estate markets, and we have been deliberate in identifying the right opportunity to establish our presence here. Greater Noida offers the combination of scale, infrastructure momentum and long-term demand that we look for when entering a new geography,” said Ashish Puravankara, Managing Director, Puravankara Limited.
He further said, “With a Rs. 5,200 Crore development opportunity, this is a meaningful first step towards building a strong presence in NCR while remaining disciplined in our approach to capital deployment and growth.”
Well-positioned in Greater Noida, the purchased land parcel experiences seamless connectivity. Its biggest advantage is access to the Greater Noida-Noida Expressway and the Yamuna Expressway. The improved connectivity via the airport will boost economic conditions in the market, eventually resulting in massive employment opportunities in the region.
