Gurugram Real Estate - Emaar Group plans Rs.1600 Crore Investment in Luxury Project. Emaar India, the Indian branch of the Dubai-based real estate firm, plans to introduce a premium residential project in the Millennium City. The company aims investment of Rs. 1600 Crore in its new project.
It is an upcoming high-rise residential development spanning 26 acres and 1,000 apartments. The project is developed in a phase-wise manner, and the initial phase will have 7 towers, the company said. Located in Sector 86, Gurugram, the project has 3BHK and 4BHK apartments in distinguished sizes.
At Emaar Serenity Hills, 4BHK apartments have three car parking spaces and a carpet area of 1,576 sq. ft. Also, the wide balconies of 430 sq. ft. are a premium feature of the upcoming project by Emaar India in Gurugram.
However, 3BHK luxury apartments by Emaar India will have two distinguished *floor plans. The small 3BHK apartment has a carpet area of 948 sq. ft. The balconies of this floor type are 235 sq. ft. Similarly, the bigger size of 3BHK apartments is available in 1,219 sq. ft. The balcony of this unit size is 235 sq. ft., Emaar India said.

Chakraborti further said, the project will be delivered in five years and the luxury apartments here range between Rs. 3 crore to Rs. 5.7 Crore. A Clubhouse in 65,000 sq.ft., and other amenities in 1 lakh sq.ft., are the prominent features.
Emaar Serenity Hills is being developed in partnership with the land owner. The project holds *IGBC Platinum pre-certification for its construction and design. The well-positioned project by the Emaar group connects the Southern Peripheral Road. Also, Dwarka Expressway and NH-48 are easily accessible from the project.
Urban Ascent in Gurugram by Emaar Group in Gurugram
Earlier in January, Emaar Group announced an investment of Rs. 1600 Crore in its luxury project, Urban Ascent in Gurugram. The company said it expects revenue potential of Rs. 4300 crore from the sale.
Located in Sector 112, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, the project spans 9.164 acres with approximately 800 apartments.
Prior to this, in November 2024, Emaar India announced the launch of ‘Amaris’ at Sector 62 Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. The project has a total investment of Rs. 1,000 Crore, excluding land value. Emaar India is constructing 522 apartments at this 6.2-acre project with a 15 lakh square feet development.
Emaar India holds diverse portfolios across India, including Delhi-NCR, Mohali, Lucknow, Indore, and Jaipur.
