Mumbai and Bengaluru maps new housing projects from prominent DevelopersSobha Limited, a real estate firm with a significant presence in Dubai and Indian real estate, forays into Mumbai's property market with a luxury project. The company announces the launch of Sobha Inizio in the strategic location of India’s financial capital.
The project is spread over 1 acre and will have 310 residential units, the company said. The project at Eastern Waterfront is also at the footstep of Atal Setu will have 64 floors with luxury 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartments.

According to the company’s statement, the 1BHK apartments will be priced at Rs. 2.8 crore, the 2BHK apartments at Rs. 4.77 crore and the 3BHK apartments at 5.75 crore.

Embassy Group launches new projects in North Bangalore worth Rs. 10, 300 Crore
Embassy Group, the Bangalore-based developer, announced a total of six projects in Karnataka’s capital city. In the statement company said these projects, valuing Rs. 10,300 crore approximately are in North Bangalore.
The total projects will be over 5.6 million sq., development including apartments and villas, the company said. Also, the Embassy Group has received RERA number for two out of six projects. One is Embassy Greenshore and Embassy Verde Phase II.
These projects are part of Embassy Springs, an integrated township on 288 acres. Greenshore will have 800+ residential units, including 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK apartments.
“Another key launch planned for FY26, is a new residential development in Hebbal. Located adjacent to the sold-out Embassy Lake Terraces, this 10-acre development will comprise 600+ luxury residences in 3BHK (medium and large) and 4BHK formats for buyers preferring contemporary and more space-efficient residences.” The company said.
Aditya Virwani, Managing Director, Embassy Development Ltd, said the company is entering a ‘phase of exciting growth’ and remains confident of meeting its Rs. 5,000 crore pre-sales target for FY26.
“North Bengaluru continues to be one of our most strategic markets, reflecting the aspirations of India’s new generation of homeowners,” Virwani said.
Apart from apartment-based projects, the Embassy group plans to build two villa-based projects. This invite-only community is on 116 acres, will strengthen the company’s presence in the Bangalore luxury real estate, the company said.
